and was subsequently contacted through apparently foreign telephone numbers by people who claimed to be &#8216;brokers&#8217; and promised huge profits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our client, duped by the promises of the alleged &#8216;broker&#8217;, paid a large sum of money as he was deceived by the trading platform which falsely promised a succulent daily profit through algorithmic crypto trading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Well yes, the screens and graphs shown within the aforementioned platform, it was later understood, did not correspond to reality and had the sole purpose of inducing our client to pay the money enticed by the fake profits shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Why-did-our-client-understand-that-it-was-fake-online-trading\"><\/span>Why did our client understand that it was fake online trading?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As already described above, our client became suspicious when &#8211; through seizures of hundreds of thousands of euros &#8211; to recover the money that unaware small investors thought they had invested and instead had fallen into the trap plotted against them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And, as I told you at the beginning of this article, we succeeded in this case too: do you want to know how?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&#8217;ll explain it to you right away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What-is-our-approach-to-studying-cases-of-fake-online-crypto-trading\"><\/span>What is our approach to studying cases of fake online crypto trading?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to evaluate the case and, therefore, take the fastest and most appropriate ways to recover the paid capital, we must immediately access the documents in the possession of the defrauded person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore, the first thing to do is to send the complete documentation in your possession, that is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>chat conversations, emails;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>payment slips;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>images of the trading platform;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>history of all cryptocurrency transactions etc&#8230;<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This allows us to evaluate the situation and carry out (also through companies external to our firm, if necessary) investigations in the cryptocurrency (and non-cryptocurrency) field to implement the strategy that allows us to carry out a serious and concrete recovery attempt of capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How-did-we-recover-money-from-an-online-scam\"><\/span>How did we recover money from an online scam?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We managed to recover the money from an online scam because we were quick and acted cunningly, catching the scammers unprepared who were already anticipating the succulent profit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Timeliness and competence made the difference!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In essence, we intercepted the flow of money that our client had sent to the exchange platform and we immediately intervened with a legal request aimed at freezing the funds with a simultaneous and immediate request for the return of the money to our client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The funds were sent to our client directly to her bank account as can actually be seen from the communication made by the bank reported at the top of this page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The scammers, greedy in trying to deceive our client to get more money, had that hesitation which was fatal for them!!!
