Asteo Group: is it a scam or not?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the last period we have been receiving a lot of calls from people who report having problems with the apparent online trading activity by this company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, in the light of what I have just explained to you, I invite you to proceed with extreme caution and carry out the appropriate checks if you decide to invest capital with this company (<strong><em>we strongly advise against it!!!<\/em><\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have come to this awareness in the light of the activity they have proposed which consists of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>ingenious methods of telephone sales;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>from goading clients to making investments that they say would be certain and guaranteed;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>from the establishment of real interpersonal relationships between the &#8216;broker&#8217; and the client;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>from the (now unfortunately usual) disappearance of the brokers when the investor requests the withdrawal of the invested and only apparently earned money.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As with all online scams, even the first contact with the representatives of &#8216;Asteo Group&#8217; takes place through the instant messaging application called &#8216;WhatsApp&#8217; (or through Telegram) while subsequent contacts took place through telephone calls from users preferably bearing a foreign prefix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the calls made by the alleged &#8216;brokers&#8217;, the enormous earning potential deriving from investments in online trading on high-growth securities such as, for example, raw materials, precious metals or technological assets are falsely prophesied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, when the representatives of these phantom companies notice a certain skepticism on the part of investors towards the world of Cryptocurrencies, they propose investments in other types of assets such as gold, commodities, shares, but be careful: <strong>the scam is always perpetrated through cryptocurrencies<\/strong>, in what matters is how the transfer of money unduly transferred to the fraudulent company takes place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In fact, fake brokers get the money transferred by saying they will invest it on your behalf but, in reality, they don&#8217;t!!! So much so that the money transfers all take place on current accounts abroad or to beneficiaries who do not have the name of the company that should do the trading on your behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In principle, you should always stay away from those who offer you certain investments: there is no certainty in the world of investments, risk is intrinsic in any type of investment!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The reason is intuitive: if they were really safe investments and guaranteed fixed monthly profits &#8211; often brokers guarantee a monthly return of 10% or more -, what interest would they have in wasting their precious time with third parties instead of concentrating their time (and money) in the &#8216;trading platform&#8217; proposed by themselves?!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, in the light of what I have just explained to you, the &#8216;guaranteed investments&#8217;, the &#8216;certain monthly profits&#8217; represent the first alarm bells: if you find yourself in this situation, it is better to contact <a href=\"https:\/\/avvocatopenalistah24.it\/en\/legislazione\/online-scam\/\">a lawyer with experience in the online scam sector<\/a> first yet to entrust the savings to these people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Early counseling can save your wallet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obviously, even the investment proposal from <em>\u201cAsteo Group\u201d<\/em> makes no difference compared to the fraudulent scheme that we have so far represented and used by many other companies that boast certain and secure earnings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In particular, these bogus companies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>they envisage enormous earning potential;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>representing the absolute certainty that the invested capital will not be lost; inducing the person to make ever higher investments;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>have payments made to current accounts abroad;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>or through common cryptocurrency exchanges;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>when you request the return of the capital apparently earned, they ask you for &#8216;taxes&#8217; and\/or &#8216;commissions&#8217; through another disbursement of money which you absolutely must not do. Taxes must be paid in your country and not to the company!!!<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I will explain in detail the method of the scam perpetrated by the aforementioned company against one of our clients: perhaps it could help you in order not to run into the same scam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2-The-method-of-the-scam-committed-against-one-of-our-clients\"><\/span>2. The method of the scam committed against one of our clients.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our client was also deceived and scammed by the company <em>&#8216;Asteo Group&#8217;<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He was initially enticed through the instant messaging application called <em>&#8216;WhatsApp&#8217;<\/em> and was subsequently contacted through preferably foreign telephone numbers by people who claimed to be &#8216;brokers&#8217; and envisaged huge earnings with an initial investment of only 200-250 \u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our client, warned by his family, initially declined the broker&#8217;s generous offer; however the latter did not give up and continued to contact our client through the instant messaging application &#8216;WhatsApp&#8217; showing him graphs which represented the trend of the cryptocurrency markets claiming that it was a good time to enter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, unbeknownst to the family, our client was convinced to invest the first 200 and, subsequently, duped by the alleged &#8216;broker&#8217;, he paid a large sum of money as he was deceived by the trading platform which falsely proposed a succulent earning money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In fact, enraptured by the profits shown within the &#8216;Asteo Group&#8217; platform and sure of the fact that the platform continued to generate earnings, our client decided to request a withdrawal of the profits and it is precisely at this point that the problems arose: the our client began to have serious doubts about the goodness of this company and its trading platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After 15 days from the first withdrawal request our client, still waiting, realized that he was in the middle of an online scam!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The screens and graphs shown within the aforementioned platform did not correspond to reality and had the sole purpose of inducing our client to pay further money, enticed by the fake profits shown by the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3-Why-did-our-client-get-suspicious\"><\/span>3. Why did our client get suspicious?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As already described above, our client became suspicious following the expectation of a withdrawal that never arrived, indeed, at a later stage, some <em>&#8216;taxes&#8217;<\/em> were requested by the brokers of this company to be paid as the capital had been blocked and the latter were required in order to <em>&#8216;unblock the deposited funds&#8217;<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important to underline that at the beginning of the relationship between our client and the representatives of the company <em>\u201cAsteo Group\u201d<\/em> the latter had guaranteed the possibility of being able to withdraw the capital at any time without any <em>&#8216;taxation&#8217;<\/em> and\/or <em>&#8216;commission&#8217;<\/em> to match the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clearly, that it was a further scam, it was evidently deduced from the fact that this sum of money could not be deducted from the capital earned as a further payment must necessarily be paid by our client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, despite the initial mistrust, our client lent himself to paying the aforementioned sum for the payment of taxes, feeling threatened by the possibility &#8211; represented by the company &#8211; of BLOCKING all the invested capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As you can imagine, this payment turned out to be a <em>&#8220;hole in the water&#8221;<\/em> as payment of some commissions was subsequently requested for the activity provided by the brokers of the <em>&#8220;Asteo Group&#8221;<\/em> company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At this point our client, aware of having been the victim of an online scam, decided to contact our law firm and rely on a <a href=\"https:\/\/avvocatopenalistah24.it\/en\/legislazione\/crypto-scam-money-recovery\/\">crypto lawyer expert in the cryptocurrency sector to take legal action<\/a> aimed at <a href=\"https:\/\/avvocatopenalistah24.it\/en\/legislazione\/online-scam\/\">recovering the unduly paid capital<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4-What-is-our-opinion-on-%E2%80%98Asteo-Group\"><\/span>4. What is our opinion on &#8216;Asteo Group&#8217;?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Considering the numerous reports we are receiving about this company, before making any type of financial investment we urge you to proceed with extreme caution (<strong>we advise you to avoid any type of investment!!!<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the usual crypto scam scheme, the interpreters are always the same!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Be wary of those who offer you &#8220;safe and guaranteed&#8221; investments: risk, in the world of financial investments, is intrinsic and therefore, those who claim the opposite are simply lying!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do not rush and do not be enticed by the graphs they will show you but request all the authorizations obtained from brokers and companies offering investments of a financial nature and above all&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>&lt;&lt;CHECK IF THESE AUTHORIZATIONS ARE TRUE AND ACTUALLY OBTAINED ON GOVERNMENT SITES OR CONTACT A LAWYER SPECIALIZED IN MATTER I CAN DO THE CHECK FOR YOU&gt;&gt;.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In these cases, even before proceeding with the investment, it would always be advisable to consult a lawyer with proven experience in the sector in order to avoid (or in any case drastically reduce) the risks associated with the world of online investments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But if you have already made the investment and now you have realized that it is a scam, what can you do? Asteo Group: si tratta di una truffa oppure no?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diverse persone ci riferiscono di avere problemi con riferimento all\u2019attivit\u00e0 di apparente trading on line (ovvero investimenti) posta in essere da questa societ\u00e0: non riescono a ritirare il capitale che <em>\u2018sarebbe\u2019<\/em> stato guadagnato che gli investimenti online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dunque, alla luce di ci\u00f2 che ti ho appena esposto, ti invito a procedere con estrema cautela ed effettuare le opportune verifiche qualora decidessi di investire del capitale con questa societ\u00e0 (<strong>noi lo sconsigliamo vivamente!!!<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siamo giunti a questa consapevolezza alla luce della attivit\u00e0 da loro prospettata la quale consta di:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>ingegnose modalit\u00e0 di vendita telefonica;\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>dal pungolare i clienti ad effettuare investimenti che a loro dire sarebbero certi e garantiti;\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>dall\u2019instaurazione di veri e propri rapporti interpersonali tra \u2018broker\u2019 e cliente;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>dalla (ormai purtroppo consueta) sparizione dei broker nel momento in cui l\u2019investitore richiede il ritiro dei soldi investiti e solo apparentemente guadagnati.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Come per tutte le truffe online, anche il primo contatto con i rappresentanti della <strong>\u2018<\/strong><strong>Asteo Group<\/strong><strong>\u2019<\/strong> avviene attraverso l\u2019applicazione di messaggistica istantanea denominata <em>\u2018WhatsApp\u2019<\/em> (oppure <em>\u2018Telegram\u2019<\/em>) mentre i successivi contatti avvenivano attraverso delle chiamate telefoniche da parte di utenze recante preferibilmente prefisso straniero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante le chiamate effettuate dai presunti <em>\u2018brokers\u2019,<\/em> venivano falsamente prospettate le enormi potenzialit\u00e0 di guadagno derivanti dagli investimenti ovvero nel trading online su titoli in grande crescita come ad esempio materie prime, metalli preziosi ovvero beni tecnologici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I falsi broker, si fanno trasferire i soldi dicendo che li investiranno per vostro conto ma, in realt\u00e0, non lo fanno!!! Tanto \u00e8 vero che i trasferimenti in denaro avvengono tutti <strong>su conti correnti all\u2019estero<\/strong> verso&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>beneficiari che non hanno il nominativo della societ\u00e0 che dovrebbe fare il trading per vostro conto.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In linea di principio bisognerebbe sempre stare alla larga da coloro i quali ti propongono investimenti certi: non esiste certezza che tenga nel mondo degli investimenti, il rischio \u00e8 intrinseco in qualsiasi tipo di investimento!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il motivo \u00e8 intuitivo: qualora fossero realmente degli investimenti certi e garantissero dei profitti mensili fissi&nbsp; <em>-spesso i broker assicurano un rendimento mensile del 10% o pi\u00f9-<\/em> , quale interesse avrebbero a perdere il loro tempo prezioso con terze persone invece di concentrare il loro tempo (e denaro) nella <em>\u2018piattaforma di trading\u2019<\/em> da loro stessi proposta?!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dunque, alla luce di ci\u00f2 che vi ho appena esposto, gli <em>\u2018investimenti garantiti\u2019<\/em>, i <em>\u2018profitti certi mensili\u2019<\/em> rappresentano i primi campanelli d\u2019allarme: se vi trovate in questa situazione meglio <strong>contattare un <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/avvocatopenalistah24.it\/legislazione\/truffa-online\/\"><strong>avvocato con esperienza nel settore delle truffe online<\/strong><\/a><strong> prima ancora di affidare i risparmi a queste persone.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovviamente, anche la proposta di investimento dalla <strong><em>\u2018<\/em><\/strong><strong>Asteo Group\u2019<\/strong> non fa differenza rispetto allo schema truffaldino che abbiamo sin qui rappresentato ed utilizzato da tante altre societ\u00e0 che millantano guadagni certi e sicuri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In particolare, queste societ\u00e0 fasulle:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>prospettano delle enormi potenzialit\u00e0 di guadagno;\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>rappresentando l\u2019assoluta certezza che il capitale investito non sar\u00e0 perso; inducendo la persona ad effettuare degli investimenti sempre pi\u00f9 alti;\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>fanno effettuare i pagamenti su conti correnti all\u2019estero;\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>oppure attraverso i comuni exchange di criptovalute;\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>nel momento in cui richiedi la restituzione del capitale apparentemente guadagnato ti chiedono \u2018tasse\u2019 e\/o \u2018commissioni\u2019 attraverso un altro esborso di denaro cosa che assolutamente non devi fare. Le tasse vanno pagate in Italia e non alla societ\u00e0!!!<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi spiego nel dettaglio la modalit\u00e0 della truffa perpetrata, da parte della suddetta societ\u00e0, ai danni di un nostro assistito: magari potrebbe esserti d\u2019aiuto al fine di non incappare nella stessa truffa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2-La-modalita-della-truffa-posta-in-essere-ai-danni-di-un-nostro-assistito\"><\/span>2. La modalit\u00e0 della truffa posta in essere ai danni di un nostro assistito.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Anche il nostro assistito \u00e8 stato ingannato e truffato dalla societ\u00e0 <strong>\u2018Asteo Group<\/strong><strong>\u2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Egli veniva adescato, inizialmente, attraverso applicazione di messaggistica istantanea e successivamente veniva contattato attraverso utenze telefoniche preferibilmente straniere da persone le quali sostenevano di essere dei <em>\u2018broker\u2019<\/em> esperti i quali prospettavano ingenti guadagni con un piccolo investimento iniziale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il nostro assistito, messo in guardia dalla famiglia, declinava in un primo momento la generosa offerta del broker; tuttavia quest\u2019ultimo non si dava per vinto e continuava a contattare il nostro cliente attraverso una applicazione di messaggistica istantanea mostrandogli dei grafici i quali rappresentavano l\u2019andamento dei mercati e gli ingenti guadagni ottenuti da altre persone (ovviamente si trattava di un falso guadagno).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dunque, all\u2019insaputa della famiglia, il nostro assistito veniva convinto ad investire la prima piccola somma di denaro e, successivamente, abbindolato dal presunto <em>\u2018broker\u2019<\/em>,&nbsp; versava un\u2019ingente somma di denaro in quanto tratto in inganno dalla piattaforma di investimenti che <strong><em>-falsamente-<\/em><\/strong> prospettava un succulento guadagno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Infatti, estasiato dai profitti mostrati all\u2019interno della piattaforma <em>\u2018<\/em><strong>Asteo Group<\/strong><em>\u2019<\/em> e sicuro del fatto che la piattaforma continuasse a generare guadagni, il nostro cliente, decideva di richiedere un prelievo dei profitti<em> <\/em>ed \u00e8 proprio a questo punto che sorgevano i problemi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il nostro assistito cominciava a nutrire seri dubbi circa la bont\u00e0 di questa societ\u00e0 e della relativa piattaforma di trading in quanto alcun prelievo era mai stato accordato: nella sostanza, il nostro cliente, non riusciva a recuperare il capitale da lui inizialmente versata che -erroneamente- credeva di essere stato investito nel suo interesse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Egli comprendeva dunque che si trovasse nel bel mezzo di una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=cDK1WgOjpsk\">truffa online<\/a>!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ebbene s\u00ec, le schermate e i grafici mostrati all\u2019interno della suddetta piattaforma, non corrispondevano alla realt\u00e0 e avevano il solo fine di indurre il nostro assistito a versare ulteriore denaro, ingolosito dai finti profitti mostrati proprio sulla predetta piattaforma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3-Perche-il-nostro-cliente-si-e-insospettito\"><\/span>3. Perch\u00e9 il nostro cliente si \u00e8 insospettito?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Come gi\u00e0 sopra descritto, il nostro cliente si \u00e8 insospettito in seguito all\u2019attesa di un prelievo mai arrivato, anzi, in un secondo momento, venivano richieste dai brokers di questa societ\u00e0 alcune <em>\u2018tasse\u2019<\/em> ovvero <em>\u2018commissioni\u2019<\/em> da corrispondere in quanto il capitale era stato bloccato e queste ultime erano richieste al fine di <em>\u2018sbloccare i fondi depositati\u2019<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 importante sottolineare che all\u2019inizio del rapporto intercorso tra il nostro assistito e i rappresentanti della societ\u00e0 \u2018<strong>Asteo Group<\/strong>\u2019, questi ultimi avevano garantito la possibilit\u00e0 di poter procedere al ritiro del capitale in qualsiasi momento senza nessuna <em>\u2018tassazione\u2019<\/em> e\/o <em>\u2018commissione\u2019<\/em> da corrispondere alla piattaforma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chiaramente, che si trattasse di un\u2019ulteriore truffa, lo si deduceva in maniera evidente dal fatto che detta somma di denaro non potesse essere detratta dal capitale guadagnato dovendo essere necessariamente corrisposto un ulteriore pagamento da parte del nostro assistito.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuttavia nonostante la diffidenza iniziale, il nostro cliente si prestava a versare la suddetta somma per il pagamento delle tasse sentendosi minacciato dalla possibilit\u00e0 -rappresentata dalla societ\u00e0- di <strong>BLOCCARE<\/strong> tutto il capitale investito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Come puoi immaginare questo pagamento si rivelava un <em>\u201cbuco nell\u2019acqua\u201d<\/em> in quanto successivamente veniva chiesto il pagamento di ulteriori commissioni per l\u2019attivit\u00e0 prestata dai broker della societ\u00e0 \u201c<strong>Asteo Group<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A questo punto il nostro assistito, ben conscio di essere stato vittima di una truffa online, decideva di rivolgersi al nostro studio legale e affidarsi ad un <a href=\"https:\/\/avvocatopenalistah24.it\/legislazione\/truffa-online\/\">avvocato crypto<\/a> esperto nel settore delle criptovalute per <a href=\"https:\/\/avvocatopenalistah24.it\/en\/legislazione\/online-scam\/\">intraprendere un\u2019azione legale volta al recupero del capitale indebitamente versato<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4-Qual-e-la-nostra-opinione-sulla-%E2%80%98Asteo-Group\"><\/span>4. Qual \u00e8 la nostra opinione sulla \u2018Asteo Group\u2019?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Considerando le numerose segnalazioni che stiamo ricevendo sul conto di questa societ\u00e0, prima di effettuare un qualsiasi tipo di investimento finanziario ti esortiamo a procedere con estrema cautela (<strong>noi consigliamo di evitare senza dubbio alcuno!!!<\/strong>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tratta del solito schema di <a href=\"https:\/\/avvocatopenalistah24.it\/legislazione\/truffa-cryptoneyx\/\">truffa crypto<\/a>, gli interpreti sono sempre gli stessi!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diffida di coloro i quali ti prospettano investimenti <em>\u201csicuri e garantiti\u201d<\/em>: il rischio, nel mondo degli investimenti finanziari, \u00e8 intrinseco e dunque, quelli che sostengono il contrario, non fanno altro che mentire!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non abbiate fretta e non fatevi ingolosire dai grafici che vi mostreranno ma richiedete tutte le autorizzazioni conseguite dai broker e dalle societ\u00e0 che propongono investimenti di natura finanziaria e soprattutto&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>CONTROLLATE SE QUESTE AUTORIZZAZIONI SONO VERE ED EFFETTIVAMENTE CONSEGUITE SU SITI GOVERNATIVI OPPURE RIVOLGETEVI AD UN AVVOCATO SPECIALIZZATO IN MATERIA CHE POSSA FARE IL CONTROLLO PER VOI.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In questi casi, prima ancora di procedere all\u2019investimento, sarebbe sempre opportuno consultare un legale con comprovata esperienza nel settore al fine di&nbsp; evitare (o comunque di ridurre drasticamente) i rischi connessi al mondo degli investimenti online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma se hai gi\u00e0 fatto l\u2019investimento e adesso ti sei reso conto che trattasi di una truffa, che cosa puoi fare?
