What is our experience in cases of online scam?<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/nav><\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1-Finansero-is-it-a-scam-or-not\"><\/span>1. Finansero: is it a scam or not?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>During the recent period, we are receiving many calls from people who report having problems regarding the activity carried out by this company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is appropriate to clarify, as anticipated, that the aforementioned company is absolutely not fraudulent, but a legitimate entity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, in light of what I have just explained, I invite you to proceed with extreme caution and carry out the appropriate checks if you decide to invest capital with fake brokers who CLAIM TO BELONG TO THE &#8216;Finansero&#8217; COMPANY (we strongly advise against it!!!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We repeat: fake brokers do not belong to &#8216;Finansero&#8217; but they say so to scam you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8216;Finansero&#8217; will never call you to ask for TAXES or commissions on online trading!!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have come to this awareness in light of the activity proposed by fake brokers which consists of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>ingenious sales methods;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>prodding customers to make certain and guaranteed investments;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>establishing interpersonal relationships between &#8216;broker&#8217; and client;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>the (now unfortunately customary) disappearance of brokers when the investor requests the withdrawal of the money invested and apparently earned.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As with all online scams, the first contact with the &#8216;FAKE&#8217; representatives of &#8216;Finansero&#8217; occurs through the instant messaging application called <em>&#8216;Telegram&#8217;<\/em> or <em>&#8216;WhatsApp&#8217;<\/em> while subsequent contacts occur through phone calls from numbers with preferably foreign prefixes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the calls made by the alleged <em>&#8216;brokers&#8217;<\/em>, the enormous profit potential derived from investments in online trading was falsely presented, especially in the Cryptocurrency and\/or Bitcoin sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, when fake brokers notice a certain skepticism on the part of investors, they say that they belong to the <em>&#8216;Finansero&#8217;<\/em> company and you, rightly, go to do the appropriate research on the aforementioned company, verify that it is effective and existing, and decide to make the investment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8216;UNAWARE OF THE FACT THAT THE SCAMMER DOES NOT ACTUALLY BELONG TO &#8216;Finansero&#8217; BUT ONLY SAYS SO TO MALICIOUSLY GAIN YOUR TRUST AND MAKE YOU INVEST YOUR SAVINGS&#8217;.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They also guarantee you <strong>HIGH<\/strong> and <strong>SECURE<\/strong> profit percentages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In principle, you should always stay away from those who offer you certain investments: there is no certainty in the world of investments, risk is intrinsic in any type of investment!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The reason is intuitive: if they were really certain investments and guaranteed fixed monthly profits <em>-often brokers ensure a monthly return from 10% to 70%-<\/em>, what arcane interest would they have in wasting their precious time with third parties instead of concentrating their time and their money in their own <em>&#8216;algorithmic trading platform&#8217;<\/em>?!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, in light of what I have just explained to you, <em>&#8216;guaranteed investments&#8217;<\/em>, <em>&#8216;certain monthly profits&#8217;<\/em> represent the first warning signs: if you find yourself in this situation, it&#8217;s better to <strong>contact a<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/avvocatopenalistah24.it\/legislazione\/truffa-online\/\"><strong> <\/strong><strong>lawyer with experience in the sector of online scams<\/strong><\/a><strong> before entrusting your savings to these people.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A preventive consultation can save your wallet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obviously, even the investment proposal of fake brokers apparently belonging to the company <em>&#8216;Finansero&#8217;<\/em> is no different from the scheme that I represented to you previously and used by many other companies that claim certain and secure earnings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In particular:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>they present enormous profit potential;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>representing the absolute certainty that the invested capital will not be lost; inducing the person to make increasingly higher investments;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>they make payments on bank accounts abroad;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>or through common cryptocurrency exchanges;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>when you request the return of the apparently earned capital, they ask you for &#8216;taxes&#8217; and\/or &#8216;commissions&#8217; through another outlay of money which you absolutely must not do. Taxes are paid in Italy and not to the company!!!<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Let me explain in detail the method of the scam perpetrated by fake brokers against one of our clients: maybe it could help you to avoid falling for the same scam. Or better, I hope so!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2-The-method-of-the-scam-carried-out-against-one-of-our-clients\"><\/span>2. The method of the scam carried out against one of our clients.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our client was also deceived and scammed by an alleged broker who falsely claimed to belong to the company &#8216;<em>Finansero<\/em>&#8216;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He was initially lured through the messaging application called &#8216;WhatsApp&#8217; and subsequently was contacted through foreign telephone numbers (with prefix +44) by people who claimed to be &#8216;brokers&#8217; and presented substantial gains with an initial investment of only 200-250\u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our client, cautioned by his family, initially declined the generous offer from the brokers; however, the latter did not give up and continued to contact our client through the <em>&#8216;WhatsApp&#8217;<\/em> messaging app showing him graphs which represented the trend of cryptocurrency markets claiming that it was a propitious moment to enter and invest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, without the knowledge of the family, our client was convinced to invest the first 200 euros and, subsequently, fooled by the alleged <em>&#8216;broker&#8217;<\/em>, paid a substantial sum of money that he thought had been invested on his behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ecstatic about the profits shown within the platform that the fake broker made him download on his phone and, sure that the platform continued to generate profits, he decided to request a withdrawal corresponding to 15% of the sum apparently accrued on the platform and it is precisely at this point that problems arose: our client began to have serious doubts about the actual existence of the operations carried out by the trader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After 15 days from the first withdrawal request, our client, still waiting, began to become suspicious and to convince himself that he was in the middle of an online scam!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well yes, the screens and graphs shown within the platform did not correspond to reality and had the sole purpose of inducing our client to deposit more money, enticed by the fake profits shown within the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3-Why-did-our-client-become-suspicious-of-the-company-%E2%80%98Finansero\"><\/span>3. Why did our client become suspicious of the company &#8216;Finansero&#8217;?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As already explained, our client became suspicious following the wait for a withdrawal that never arrived. Instead, in a second moment, some <em>&#8216;taxes&#8217;<\/em> were requested by the brokers of this company as the capital had been blocked and these were requested in order to <em>&#8216;unblock the deposited funds&#8217;<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important to emphasize that at the beginning of the relationship between our client and the false representatives of the company &#8216;Finansero&#8217;, the latter had guaranteed the possibility of being able to proceed with the withdrawal of the capital at any time without any <em>&#8216;taxation&#8217;<\/em> and\/or <em>&#8216;commission&#8217;<\/em> to be paid to the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clearly, that it was a further scam, it was deduced in an evident manner from the fact that said sum of money could not be deducted from the capital earned, necessarily having to be paid an additional payment by our client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, despite the initial distrust, our client agreed to pay the aforementioned sum for the payment of taxes feeling threatened by the possibility -represented by the brokers- of <strong>blocking all the invested capital<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As you can imagine, this payment turned out to be a <em>&#8220;shot in the dark&#8221;<\/em> as subsequently the payment was requested not only of the taxes named previously but also of some commissions for the activity provided by the brokers apparently belonging to the company &#8220;Finansero&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At this point our client, aware of having been the victim of an online scam, decides to turn to our law firm and rely on a<a href=\"https:\/\/avvocatopenalistah24.it\/legislazione\/truffa-online\/\"> crypto lawyer<\/a> expert in the cryptocurrency sector to undertake a<a href=\"https:\/\/avvocatopenalistah24.it\/legislazione\/truffa-on-line-cosa-fare\/\"> legal action aimed at recovering the capital unduly paid following an online scam<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4-What-is-our-opinion-on-the-Company-%E2%80%98Finansero\"><\/span>4. What is our opinion on the Company &#8216;Finansero&#8217;?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As already written in this article, <em>&#8216;Finansero&#8217;<\/em> <strong>IS NOT A FRAUDULENT COMPANY<\/strong> but the scam is perpetrated by unknown criminals who <strong>FALSELY<\/strong> claim to belong to <em>&#8216;Finansero&#8217;<\/em> only to gain your trust in your eyes and unduly garner consent to make you invest a lot of savings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pay attention to what I say: <em>&#8216;Finansero&#8217;<\/em> will never call you to offer investments or to pay taxes, therefore, if some fake trader calls you saying they belong to the aforementioned company, do not give them any credit, they are cleverly trying to scam you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As I explained to you in the previous paragraphs, it is the usual crypto scam scheme, the interpreters are always the same!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Be wary of those who present you with <em>&#8220;safe and guaranteed&#8221;<\/em> investments: risk, in the world of financial investments, is intrinsic and therefore, those who claim otherwise, do nothing but lie!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don&#8217;t be in a hurry and don&#8217;t let yourself be enticed by the graphs they will show you, but request all the authorizations of the brokers and platforms which propose investments of a financial nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are aware of the difficulty in understanding this new world of online trading: fake brokers leverage precisely on the lack of knowledge and deceive the person with all possible stratagems in order to induce them to pay more and more money!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In these cases, before proceeding with the investment, it would always be advisable to consult <strong>a lawyer with proven experience in the sector<\/strong> in order to avoid (or at least drastically reduce) the risks connected to the world of online investments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5-What-is-our-experience-in-cases-of-online-scam\"><\/span>5.
