the person was found in Italy, he was arrested and an extradition proceedings for murder were opened in Italy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After he was taken to prison, through his class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As I told you, our client was accused of the crime of voluntary homicide, for acts committed several years before in Brazil, a crime punishable in Brazil with a very severe penalty (up to 30 years in prison).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here is the criminal charge that was presented to our client:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img
