The facts

Once the person was found in Italy, he was arrested and an extradition proceedings for murder were opened in Italy.

As I told you, our client was accused of the crime of voluntary homicide, for acts committed several years before in Brazil, a crime punishable in Brazil with a very severe penalty (up to 30 years in prison).
